Debbe Dunning is an American actress best known for her portrayal as the tool time girl Heidi Keppert on the ABC sitcom “Home Improvement” from 1992 to 1999. 10 years before she signed on with ABC, Debbe Dunning posed and appeared in multiple advertisements of Miller Beer, Taco Bell, Ford Motors bioMetrix and a breast enlargement drink, among others. Her first TV ad was for Foot Locker, which was followed by numerous offers for modeling.
Debbe Dunning graced the covers of numerous magazines including “Triathlete,” “Shape” and “Muscle and Fitness.” By 1995, Debbe already had more than 60 commercial in her credit. Soon, Debbe was taking up film roles and TV show appearances. Debbe Dunning first credited role was in the straight-to-video film “Dangerous Curves,” which led to an opportunity to join the cast of an HBO movie entitled “Dream On.” She also guest-starred on the hit series “Silk Stalkings” and has hosted ESPN’s “Extreme Bloopers.”
Other TV credits of Debbe Dunning include appearances on “Who’s the Boss,” “Tales from the Crypt,” “Knot’s Landing,” “Sabrina: the Teenage Witch,” “Herman’s Head,” “Burke’s Law” and “Married with Children.” After joining the “Circus of the Stars” on CBS, where she participated on the flying trapeze act, Debbe Dunning also participated in the American Gladiators Celebrity Edition and has become the champ for two consecutive years. She also won a recurring role on the telenovela, “Wicked Wicked Games.”
Debbe Dunning has appeared on several films, including “Dangerous Curves,” Leprechaun 4: In Space,” “Four Fingers of the Dragon,” and “Last Guy on Earth.” She was also featured in “The E!
